are part of Greater London North, and have 17
Scout Groups and 1 Explorer Unit which is split
into 5 sub-units and an active Scout fellowship.
So
whether you are considering joining Haringey
District as a new member, an existing member
of one of our groups or one of our adult leaders

aim to ensure that every member of Haringey
District has the opportunity to experience quality
Scouting in a safe environment.

Aim of the Scout Movement is ...
"to promote the development of young people in achieving
their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials,
as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their
local, national, and international communities".

Membership
is open to all young people and adults, regardless of
ability, who are prepared to accept Scoutings fundamental
principles. Today, there are over half a million adults
